TONY WYRICK
Tony Wyrick is the President and CEO of KES and its founder. Tony began his career at the age of 18 working as a welder and steadily worked his way up to welder foreman prior to the inception of the Keystone companies.
Before founding KES, Tony worked for several prominent mainline contractors, where he was involved in the construction of hundreds of miles of heavy-wall 42” pipeline across a wide range of terrain and conditions, from wetlands to mountainous environments. He has performed virtually every aspect of pipeline construction.
This extensive and diverse experience enables Tony to effectively manage and oversee the KES management team, ensuring that all projects are executed safely, completed on time, and delivered with the highest level of craftsmanship in the industry. This management approach also allows KES to operate more efficiently and pass cost savings on to clients, helping the company build strong, long-lasting relationships with each one.
SHAWN SAVANT
Shawn Savant is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Energy Services, bringing 22 years of pipeline experience and a proven record of operational excellence. He began his career welding offshore on casing work, then transitioned into offshore pipeline work before moving on to compressor station and pipeline projects on land across the United States. Throughout his career, Shawn has worked in 16 different states, gaining extensive hands-on experience in a wide range of conditions.
Shawn has welded on multiple 100-mile spreads on 42” pipeline projects, performing work from running the bead clamp on the front end to welding tie-ins. Beginning in 2010, he advanced into the role of fabrication foreman on many of these projects, and later moved up to welder foreman on mainline spreads. His experience spans all phases of construction, from land lay operations to some of the most challenging push rack installations in wetlands.
In 2019, Shawn left mainline spread work and co-founded KES alongside Tony Wyrick. Together, they established a pipeline company focused on gathering systems for midstream companies. Shawn and Tony have worked and welded together for over 20 years on various mainline spread projects, building a strong professional partnership rooted in field experience.
As COO, Shawn ensures projects are bid accurately and executed on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. He works closely with clients and internal teams to promote clear communication, collaboration, and successful project delivery.
Outside of work, Shawn is an avid hunter and enjoys spending time with his family while traveling to destinations around the world.
DONNA BERTELSON
Donna Bertelson serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Keystone Energy Services, bringing more than 40 years of experience to the company. She spent her career in the seismic industry with Dawson Geophysical and Steward Cable, where she was deeply involved in business operations across both organizations. Her experience spans field operations, accounting, and finance, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how successful projects and businesses are built and sustained.
In her role as CFO, Donna provides financial oversight and strategic guidance that support Keystone Energy Services’ operational stability and long-term growth. Her depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and disciplined approach help ensure the company maintains strong financial controls while supporting efficient project execution.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys hunting and fishing and values time spent with her family. She is a proud grandmother to three grandsons and has two grown daughters, and has been happily married 48 years to her husband, Kenneth.
SAMUEL FOLDS
Sam Folds serves as the Director of Operations at Keystone Energy Services, reporting directly to the CEO. He oversees the company’s health, safety, and environmental programs, as well as strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining operations for maximum efficiency and success. He is dedicated to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment, ensuring that KES projects meet the highest industry standards.
Sam brings extensive experience in oil and gas, construction, and public utilities, with hands-on expertise in construction, process safety, and operations across pipelines, gas plants, drilling rigs, workover rigs, tank batteries, and compressor stations. His industry knowledge and operational experience allow him to implement best practices that keep projects safe, efficient, and successful.
Sam holds a Master of Studies in Law with a specialization in Business Law and Compliance from Wake Forest University School of Law, an MBA, and various professional certifications, providing a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, risk management, and business strategy.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his family and attending live sporting events.
MICHELLE CRENSHAW
Michelle Crenshaw serves as Director of Procurement at Keystone Energy Services, overseeing all materials acquisition to support seamless project execution. She manages vendor relationships, negotiates pricing and deals, and coordinates the procurement of equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Michelle works closely with operations teams and project managers to anticipate material needs, streamline supply chains, and prevent delays that could impact field operations.
With a strategic approach and keen attention to detail, Michelle ensures that KES maintains strong relationships with suppliers, leverages cost efficiencies, and consistently secures high-quality materials. Her leadership in procurement helps drive operational efficiency and supports successful outcomes across every job site.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys attending rodeos and traveling.
CHAVON HARRISON
Chavon Harrison serves as the Human Resource Manager at Keystone Energy Services, overseeing the day-to-day operations of employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel support. She ensures that all HR processes run smoothly, from recruiting and hiring to employee development and performance management, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Chavon plays a vital role in supporting the leadership team by providing essential administrative assistance, guiding HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. She works closely with employees at all levels to address concerns, coordinate training programs, and promote a culture of engagement, accountability, and teamwork. Her proactive approach and attention to detail help maintain an organized and efficient workplace, contributing to the overall success of KES operations.
Outside of work, Chavon enjoys spending time with her son and reading.
JACKSON LEWIS
Jack Lewis serves as Fleet Manager at Keystone Energy Services, where he oversees all company assets and fleet maintenance. He brings extensive experience in fleet and equipment management, ensuring all assets are reliable, properly maintained, and ready to perform on every project. His background working in refineries across South Texas has instilled a strong respect for workplace safety and operational discipline, which he applies daily in supporting KES field operations.
Prior to his work in the energy sector, Jack gained valuable experience in semiconductor manufacturing, where he worked as a lead operator in clean room environments. This role required strict adherence to quality control standards, precision processes, and highly regulated procedures. His experience in these controlled manufacturing settings further strengthened his attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Jack’s proactive approach and strong attention to detail help keep Keystone Energy Services running smoothly and efficiently. His commitment to safety, reliability, and preparedness plays a key role in supporting successful project execution across the field.
Outside of work, Jack is a firearms enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his daughter.
